These tools are easy to learn but require discipline to practice independently. That’s why she created this community – to support and grow together. It has grown to be co-facilitated by Jay Dubois, an expert on human relations and internal energy cultivation. What makes these sessions unique is their spontaneous approach; we begin each class by asking participants, ‘What’s coming up with you today?’ This ensures that every class is unique, entertaining, and a custom solution tailored to your needs.
