Experience the power of the Five Elements TCM Theory as we explore disease and imbalance in the body. Combining theory, movement, and breathwork, our classes offer an intellectual and embodied understanding of TCM. Achieve harmony at soul, heart, energy, mind, and body levels.
Every other week, starting July 5th session, our class will be presented in Chinese, providing an inclusive experience for language diversity. The alternating classes ensure that participants can fully engage in the transformative teachings, regardless of their language background. Remember these are alternating classes!
Each class includes 20 minutes of theory sharing and 20 minutes of Qigong practice. Choose between attending in person at our location or joining us via ZOOM. Replays of the sessions will be made available for your convenience.
